Intrapac Property receives UDIA Award for Harvest Rise

12 Nov

Harvest Rise has taken out the Residential Subdivision category at the 2021 Queensland Urban Development Institute (UDIA) Awards.

Launched in 1994, the Awards were created by the development industry as a vehicle to recognise excellence and innovation. Every site is visited in person and reviewed along with the accompanying written submission.

“The team at Intrapac are extremely proud of this development and the recognition it has received. Its success is the sum of a range of factors from site selection, to planning and design guidelines, to the high quality streetscape and landscaping to the project’s sustainability credentials”, says Intrapac Property Chief Operating Officer, Max Shifman.

The UDIA judges agreed, commenting, “Harvest Rise creates a vibrant community that lives in harmony with nature, connects to the surrounding residential areas and open spaces, and offers diverse housing choices to incoming residents. The judges were impressed with the development’s central linear park and biodiversity corridor linking vegetation for native fauna and providing a community green space for all residents to enjoy.”

As a resident at Harvest Rise, you can be proud to live in such an innovative and award winning masterplanned estate.  For more details on the UDIA accreditation and criteria go to
